			Co-founded and served as executive management team of an outsourced voice services company. Bootstrapped the company from 1996 to 1998, then funded with an investment from Summit Partners. The company was sold in 2001 and is now part of Convergys, an S&P 500 company.
			Developed and managed the largest hosted speech IVR platform in North America, processing millions of phone calls daily.
			Provided managed voice services to a broad range of a broad range of Fortune 500 companies, including MCI, AT&T, Sprint, Morgan Stanley, Home Shopping Network, Prudential and Western Union.
